9/12/2011: The Heating Season is near - time to schedule your check up or replace your old system

• The best time to get service on your heating system is before the season really starts - fall tune-ups are now being scheduled so don't put it off until it is freezing outside or you may have to wait.
  
  
• Preseason pricing on equipment replacement is still available and provides you with the best net costs of the year - let our professionals help you to maximize your savings with the following incentive programs:
  • A revised Federal Tax Credit program was enacted to continue to help homeowners afford higher efficiency heating and cooling equipment., up to $500.
  • Lennox's Fall Promotion (through December 2) for up to $1,300 back on qualifying systems.
  • EAP Instant rebate (through November 12) as a nice alternative to manufacturer programs that require top-of-the-line products that aren't for everyone.
  • PECO gas heating, air conditioning and heat pump rebates also available - there are especially high rebate levels if you currently heat with electricity (baseboard or heat pump) and switch to gas from PECO. They are modifying the program starting 10/1/2011 so be sure to get your paperwork submitted before then.
  • PGW also has a high efficiency heating and gas conversion programs.

1/1/2011: Electric Deregulation is Here - New Electric Rates Apply
